Cisco Networks App for Splunk Enterprise: Why am I not getting Cisco devices inventory details (Eg: software version, model etc)?

Hi,

I have configured the Cisco Networks App for Splunk Enterprise for monitoring Cisco syslog trigger. As I expected, the app is building a charts with respect to syslog data.

However, I am not getting Cisco devices inventory details (like Eg: software version, model info etc..) on Cisco networks app.

I need your assistance/help to tune the configuration if required.

Thanks.

You will need to configure SmartCallHome to get that information. See the documentation for this at https://splunkbase.splunk.com/app/1467/#/documentation
