Cannot validate experiment error in Smart Assistant guided workflow

When I tried to save my experiment with the Smart Forecasting Assistant, I get a Cannot validate experiment error.

 

I check all of the mandatory field in Learn and found nothing wrong, along with all the items in the Review screen. Do I need to be granted additional access to be able to save MLTK Experiments?
