Can't find domain in default "Google Apps Event Summary" page

After initial app setup ("Authorize Splunk" successful), there are no domain displayed in the main summary dashboard dropdown.

The domain lookup is still using a CSV lookup. It will be transitioned to KV Store on next release - thanks for pointing that out. In the meantime, if your domain list doesn't populate, make sure that the lookup folder is created and writable in $SPLUNK_HOME/etc/apps/GoogleAppsForSplunk.
