Can't find Dropbox for Business in the App catalog

I see documents on how to integrate Dropbox for Business with Splunk but there isn't an App in the catalog for Dropbox. Videos show that there was. The documentation says Spring Cloud supports it. What happened?

Yes, but I was hoping this could be installed in Splunk Cloud. There is no button for "Install an app from file" in Splunk Cloud and it does not appear when I search for "Dropbox".
