if we can deploy it on dedicate search head or individual search head in SHC, then where we will setup a DCS.

on this page, there is a diagram... this diagram will clarify your confusion..
the DCN must be deployed on a dedicated search head (outside of Search Head Cluster)....
DCN should not be deployed on any search head which is part of the search head cluster(SHC).
