Automatically configure new accounts for Splunk Add-on for AWS

We have around 80+ accounts in AWS so far, and we spin up new accounts every so often. We're using the Splunk Add-on for AWS (#1876). Configuring each account manually is a chore.

Is there any way to automatically configure new accounts without having to use the UI?
