Alert Manager in a Clustered environment

I'm working on installing the Alert Manager application in our Splunk Environment, but I'm not clear on the required steps. I've installed the TA on all of the index cluster nodes, and I've setup the index (alerts) to be replicated.

I've installed both the App and the TA on the search head (SH). I'm getting alerts fired (email) but nothing in the app.

Can someone provide guidance on installing the app in a clustered (index) environment?
