Alert Manager Owner Field is disabled

Hello all,

 

We have recently upgraded Splunk "Alert Manager" to version 3.0.7 from older version 2.1.4. After upgrade, we cannot assign Incidents to anyone.

 

The "Owner" field is greyed out. Can someone help to resolve this issue.
