Alert Manager: How do you set up users for this app?

Hi

I'm running a distributed environment (6.5.4) with Alert Manager installed.

The app works great except that it can not read the users from splunk. Both - local users and AD users.

Is there an additional setup needed?

I'm also having this same issue using Splunk Cloud. Any updates?

I'm not sure but IHAC request the Splunk Cloud Ops team to set the two roles for each login user.
alert_manager
alert_manager_user

*These two roles cannot set by ourself, we need to request Cloud team.

Then we can use AlertManager App.
