Alert Manager: Error in 'lookup' command: The lookup table 'incidents' does not exist or is not available.

Installed the Alert Manager and the TA on 3 of 3 Indexer Servers and on 1 of 1 Search heads, but seeing this error when I go to Alert Manager on the Search Head. (Not seeing this error on the indexers.) Indexers are Windows based, Search head is linux.

Looking at the app, the lookup incidents, is actually a kvstore collection.
https://splunkbase.splunk.com/app/2665/

see transforms.conf
[incidents]
external_type = kvstore
collection = incidents
fields_list = _key, incident_id, alert_time, job_id, result_id, alert, title, app, category, subcategory, tags, ttl, owner, status, severity_id, impact, urgency, priority, display_fields

Please verify that your kvstore is working first.
PS : I couldn't find the search populating this lookup, maybe is it an alert_action ?

Your missing incidents.csv in your lookups folder on your search heads.

I'm not sure what part of the setup process generates this lookup. But you can probably just copy from your indexers/peers where it is working. I would be willing to bet one of the inputs creates this.

I don't see incidents.csv in the tgz file at all. Maybe it was packaged in an earlier version?

if the lookup table do exists, go to the manager > lookups > lookup table
and check the permissions (readable and shared in the correct app)
