After upgrading "splunk add on for Salesforce" from 2.0 to 3.0, the "inputs" and "configuration" tab does not load

The inputs and configuration tab in the app keeps loading and can't seem to get to the configuration page.

Ensure folder ownership and permissions are correct for $SPLUNK_HOME/etc/apps/Splunk_TA_salesforce/ and all files under it.
