I have successfully installed and ran the Splunk Add-on for Salesforce on a trial account, but I cannot successfully load it on a production account. It just hangs (Loading endlessly without ever receiving an error message). At first, I thought perhaps it had something to do with the IP address, but there's not even a Salesforce org configured at this point.
While preparing to submit a ticket to Splunk support, I noticed the following error in browser console log (independent of browser). I'm hoping this provides some clue to Splunk support. This error does not appear in my trial environment:
