After installing Splunk Entrprise Web Console and adding the Cisco Networks app, why am I getting the 500 Error after Reboot?

I just recently installed the free version of Splunk Enterprise 7.0.2, and added the Cisco Networks app extension after logging in. After a system reboot, I can no longer access the web console after the initial login. After logging in, I immeditately get a '500 internal server error' and I'm pretty lost at this point.

Any recommendations on places/settings to check?

FYI I am running the 64-bit version on Windows 10.
