Add Horizontal Scroll Bar on HiddenSavedSearch module with big table

Any recommendations on the best way to get a horizontal scroll-bar so users don't have to vertically scroll all the way down the page just so they can scroll over to the right?

No, the Table module just needs to get a proper "scrolling table body plus sliding column headers" implementation. It is quite possible to do, and it is on the roadmap but it is still a ways out.
