AWS TA for pulling logs from s3 buckets getting error

Hi When we are pulling logs through AWS TA from s3 buckets we are getting an error

02-11-2020 07:43:09.395 +0000 ERROR AdminManagerExternal - Unexpected error "<class 'boto.exception.S3ResponseError'>" from python handler: "S3ResponseError: 400 Bad Request\n". 

We are using IAM role to fetch the logs from AWS

AWS version 4.6.1
splunk HF version 7.2

Any body knows what is the issue
