AWS Add-on Version 4.6 cluster bundle validation errors

In our Splunk Cloud we recently upgraded the AWS Add-on to version 4.6. This has seemed to cause us a lot of issues - Mainly we are unable to create new indexes due to this error;

Invalid apply cluster-bundle error="Bundle reload is in progress. Waiting for all peers to return the status."

Does anyone have a fix or a workaround for this error as of yet?

is the master still in this state?

You can cancel the bundle push

Do you see any more errors on master or peers in splunkd.log?

Yes I believe the master is still in this state (we have these ERROR messages in index=_internal)

"This configuration task could not be completed due to one or more critical errors during configuration validation:\n\n• Invalid apply cluster-bundle error="Bundle reload is in progress. Waiting for all peers to return the status."\n\nTo resolve this issue, contact Splunk Support."

I would attempt to cancel the bundle push but i'm unsure of the issues this might cause or how it might impact the Splunk service...

I see. I can´t add any value to this, but if its in the docs you might try..

OR its telling you to contact splunk support, so you might want to open a ticket.

At best snap shot your server before doing this.
