I have freshly installed the Splunk App for Windows Infrastructure. When I select the app from the apps dropdown, it begins to load, but then I get
The requested URL /app/splunk_app_windows_infrastructure/guided_setup was not found on this server.
I've confirmed the file exists in /default/data/ui/html/guided_setup.html
