3D Graph Network Topology Unknown search command fit

Hello,

I am new to splunk so I will try to be as clear as possible. I wanted to test the visualization of networkx graphs in Splunk 3D Graph Network Topology App. I was able to load the csv file of the graph successfully and I can see the data and the graph visualization. However, when I run community detection algorithm, it shows me the following error:

Unknown search command: 'fit'

Can somebody help me fix the issue please, thanks.

Hi, I found the solution on stackoverflow thanks to RichG (https://stackoverflow.com/users/2227420/richg😞

https://stackoverflow.com/questions/63472594/3d-graph-network-topology-unknown-search-command-fit/63...

Basically, you have to install the 'Splunk Machine Learning Toolkit App'. Also, if after doing that you find this new error:

'Python for Scientific Computation unknown'

Then you have to also install this App:

Python for Scientific Computation (PSC), there are multple versions, one for Mac and one for linux x64 I think, so choose the one that fits with your OS type.
