alert email action, custom url as Hyperlink in inline table option

Hi all,

Is this possible to have an custom url with hyperlink in inline table option?
Q: I would like to send an email notification action for an alert. In the inline table, content a hyperlink.
In dashboard, we can do it with drilldown link to custom URL. Is this a possible way  to have this behaviour in email alert ?
