Workload Management - Admission Rules Message Cannot Add URL

Hi, 

Using Workload Management - Admission Rules, I cannot embed a URL or list a URL in the User Message since it does not accept "/" Is there a workaround? I want to provide users a link to an internal WIKI page if they encounter a rule.
