Splunk refuses to load Alerts when Action is Add to triggered alerts

I have noticed that when I add the Action "Add to triggered alerts" this often leads to Splunk refusing to load the page with that Alert.

Is this some known bug?

It says it is 4.0..?
But I believe it to be the latest. 7..something.
Maybe another bug?

Yes... but I clicked all the upgrade messages that just took me to the webpage of splunk.com

But now it shows a different version:
