Splunk generic warning dialog box

Hi,

I am trying to figure out a splunk generic warning dialog box . I want to alert the users about certain changes to splunk. Either a banner or a pop up, so users can acknowledge

There is an option in splunk to display messages under messages. But they cannot be acknowledged by users.
