How to track Splunk code in Gitlab?

Hi, can someone help on how to track Splunk code in Gitlab?

Description:- 

We do have a Splunk deployments using Gitlab, we want to be able to track and monitor every new changes or new code deployed using Gitlab. I'm not sure if Splunk GITHUB add-on will do this work???
