How to set cron schedule alert to trigger only on Saturday and Sunday from 6am to 5pm?

Hello All,

I want to schedule alert to trigger only on Saturday and Sunday from 6am to 5pm. Please help me out to schedule this.

The following cron time spec would cover Saturday and Sunday 06:00-16:59:

* 6-16 * * 0,6
