How to create recurring Maintenance Window in ITSI?

I cannot find any option for recurring Maintenance Window in ITSI? 

E.g Stop alerting daily 11pm to 00:00 (1 hour)? 

ITSI have something like cron suppression? 

Do not tell me to use REST API again 😞
