How to create different mail alerts for different index and sourcetypes in TrackMe?

As the title suggests, is there a way to do this in TrackMe with a single Tenant or is this feature only available for subscription? Also, What are other best free alternatives to TrackMe.

It's not nearly as robust or customizable compared to TrackMe, but it appears to be a simpler alternative that shows latency and lag.
