Capability to send alert emails

What is the capability to send emails from an alert? I am only seeing Log Event, Run a script, and Webhook. Any ideas?

please configure the email alerting with the help of this doc. then check if you are able to see the Send email in the alert actions.

The configuration is up and working. Just have a user that can NOT see the email option when creating an alert.

ok. can you verify if the user has the required permissions to view the send mail alert action, in some cases the alert actions are specific to apps and if the user does not have access to the app he wont be able to see the alert action. also check if the roles assigned to the user had the permission to view the send mail alert action, easy way to do it is to compare with another user who is able to see the send mail alert action.
