Can i send Splunk text alerts to phone numbers?

One workaround is targeting email-to-SMS gateways.

You can install the app "Twilio SMS Alerting" from Splunkbase. The details are given in its documentation. You would need to create account on Twilio .

You would probably need to use something like the Twilio SMS Alerting app on Splunkbase to add SMS alert trigger actions to your Splunk instance. https://splunkbase.splunk.com/app/2865. SMS alerting isn't included with Splunk Enterprise by default.
