Can I change the language of "link to results" in alert?

When I received alert mail and clicked link to results, the language of Splunk Web is always en-US.

I want to change it to ja-JP.
Can I do this?

If someone knows about it, please tell me how.

I was able to change locale of alert link by setting in alertactions.conf like below.

hostname = http://splunkserver:8000/ja-JP

I did not want to change locale after accessing link to results in alert mail but wanted to change locale of itself.
However, it was realized by setting alertactions.conf.
