Alert can not send to Microsoft Teams through Teams Webhook

Hi, We have requirement to send alert to our Teams channel, I have tested both the Splunk Teams AddOn and a general Webhook, none of them can send out the alert. Can any one please help on this? Thanks Xin

Any one has the same issue? I've confirmed that the the web hook url is reachable from our environment, so should be something else.
