How do I find Accepted Solutions–or mark new ones?
When an Answers (forum) post is marked as Solved, you know its original question has an agreed solution. Community members can see that solved state and also navigate the thread right to the answer.
Because solution authors are credited for their contribution, the Accepted as Solution feature also strengthens our Community’s engagement. Whether you’re receiving recognition for your own knowledge and helpfulness, or benefitting from someone else’s contribution, you’re also contributing to a vibrant dialogue and information exchange.

How do I find an Accepted Solution?
Accepted Solutions are confirmed answers. They are flagged visually throughout the Community forums with a green checkmark.
Home page

Under the Community activity feed’s in the 'Sort by:" drop down, click "Solved"
Accepted solutions are marked with a green checkmark on the Home page Activity Feed.

Answers (forum) topic page

A green checkmark to the right of the post title just after the comments and kudos icons
To review the post and its answer, click the post's title.
Forum topic post listings show the Accepted Solution indicator on the right.

Individual discussion
|
On the post page of a discussion with an Accepted Solution, you’ll see:
- A green circle with a checkmark just above the title on the left side. This indicator also acts as a live link that will take you to the Solution
- A green box surrounding the Accepted Solution
On the Answers (forums) Discussion page, the Accepted Solution mark is at the top left of the original post title. For the answer, click the circle or scroll down to the answer below, also marked with a green circle.
TIP | To limit scrolling and get right to the answer, click the Go to solution button at the top of the original post— handy when the discussion thread is lengthy

How do I mark a reply as an Accepted Solution?
Every post reply has an Accept as Solution button at the bottom, on the right side. If a reply answers your question, click it! Others will be able to find the solution more quickly when you identify a fix.
On a post response, click the Accept as Solution button if the entry answers your question
