Why am I getting an Error Loading Player for the free e-learning 30 day trial?

Hi
I have registered for the free e-learning 30 day trial .
Has anyone got this to work ? The Splunk test doesn't work at all.
Tried two different machines and different browsers
Error Loading Player: No playable sources found

Second day of training... "Loading Player....." Clearing cache, rebooting, using Private Browsing..... Sucks.

I tired to clear browser cache from chrome.
Loading player screen is still there.
I am getting the same screen even after clearing cookies, restarting the PC.
Need to complete the course within 2 days.

I do not want to use any other browser at this moment.
Please help

I got the same errors on the little test app that they make you run for Fun 1, but the actual module worked fine.

are you talking about Splunk Fundamental 1 course? try to clear your browser cache...
