I have a doubt, have received the exam link. It says that one can take the test thrice after specific time intervals that is 2 hours. So when i appear , if i am not successful in first attempt should i take the next attempts in same day or can i take it in any other day.

Pradipta,
you need not take the next attempts in the same day. there will be an expiry date for your test Invitation . you should take all the attempts before this expiry date. I am not sure how many days the invitation is valid. please contact certification@splunk.com to know about the expiry date

Hi, the chat should show up in the bottom right corner.

I use Chrome and Safari and it worked fine.

Maybe you need to wait for the USA support team to be online. Another 4-5 hours I'd say
