Not able to access free veteran courses

Hello,

I am having an issue accessing the 22 module for splunk 1-3. I created and account a verified though Id.me and I am only able to take a few of the free course the other course have a 500 price tag on them .. I recently submitted a ticket through the help desk but have not heard back since. Any help would be appreciated ! Thanks !
