I can't find history of completion of Fundamentals 1 & 2

I successfully completed Splunk Fundamentals 1 & 2 (IOD) in the past year or so. However, when I log into the training portal, I no longer see a record of my training. How do I see (and show supporting evidence) that I successfully completed them (continuing education credits for CISSP)?

In the last months the education team make some changes, some of my certifications were lost for a couple of days.
