How to get Splunk ID for certification exam at Pearson VUE?

I filled the registration form already 3 times but did not receive any email with Splunk ID as was mentioned after submiting. Could you help me please?

Registed yourself under https://www.splunk.com/en_us/training/pearson-vue-registration-form.html , it will take 1-3 working days for you Splunk id to be generated. Then you can use the same ID under https://home.pearsonvue.com/splunk for enrollment of the exam.

Hi - I had a similar issue and after submitting the form multiple times I emailed certification@splunk.com. They came back within 24 hours - apparently I had a PV Splunk ID but just hadn't received the notification.
