Today, after reviewing the STEP profile, noticed that the Troubleshooting Splunk Enterprise training has been marked as "unsuccessful" .
Could you please advise on how we can update the status to "successful," or let us know if there is any process to reschedule or reattempt the training?

When you click on Session Details for the top two sessions does it give you any further options?
Is there any particular reason you havent done the "optional" session? Its worth doing this to get the best value out of your course.
If this does not get you anywhere then I think the best option would be to email education@splunk.com with your query as they may not see your question on here. They should be able to advise how to get this resolved for you.
