Solved: what is " FATAL: Unable to read the job status.?" - Splunk Community

I am using python sdk to connect with splunk. after running python script I am getting this error .
Please help me to solve this .

Hello every one,
I have resolved this issue , Actually UF and Splunk are installed on same so I uninstalled the UF and now splunk working fine.

May be port 8089 was busy that is why splunk giving this type of error.
