# of RT Search Increase

I am attempting to incrase the number of RealTime searches a search head can spin up at one time. I am getting this message when I load a monitoring dashboard:

The maximum number of real-time concurrent system-wide searches has been reached. current=41 maximum=38

Does anyone know where I can change this setting? I have been looking all over the box.
