I have some back_end jobs that were scheduled by cron with timeout. for example: flock -w 7200 mylock xxxx/splunkjob1. If the splunkjob1 took 2hours, then the job will be time out. But the thing I found cron job was expired, but the job was still running in splunk and cannot control by flock -w. Do you have any solution for this?
