Why is my PDF report not displaying the chart from my custom js script?

Hi All,

My dashboard has a custom js script, and while sending the PDF report, my graph which is from the js script is not visible.

Please help me out on this.

Hi @bharathkumarnec,
It sounds like the PDF behavior your are seeing is due to the custom js script. In our documentation about PDF generation, it is noted that PDF is only supported for dashboards built with Simple XML and that
"PDF generation ignores charting customizations that are not supported by the JSChart charting library. The finished PDF displays the panels as rendered in JSChart with the unsupported customizations removed."
