Why does the Search Results Wrapper not render the query results?

I am running queries that have results, yet the results section is blank and will not render the logs. I have a white search area, with extracted fields to the left but based off the code, it is considered the Search results Wrapper. I have experienced this in IE, Firefox, Chrome.
