Why am I unable to select "Accelerate this search" or "Schedule this search" under "Searches, reports, and alerts"?

When running "Searches, reports, and alerts » Add new", using Splunk 6.2.3, on Windows 2008/R2, I cannot select either:

Accelerate this search
Schedule this search

The check boxes are not clickable, which means I am unable to set functions such as "Alert actions"

I'm guessing you may be on a free license, or may be restricted in your user's capabilities within an Enterprise license'd Splunk.
