Which capability I should have to be able to rerun the search request?

I know that admin role has rerun button next to the error message "The search you requested could not be found." for expired search result.
So i wonder if there is any way to add this capability to user role?

-The ability to rerun the searches defined is in the the "Admin all Objects" Capability. This would give any user administrative rights to all knowledge objects.

-The only real workaround would be to create a service account with user privileges to run the objects under instead of your own ownership.
