Transaction trace- application performance monitoring

I remember seeing an app - "Application management" Operational visibility for transaction tracing and application performance monitoring but am not able to find it. Would anybody be able to help locate. Some snippets are even included in the video - http://www.splunk.com/view/SP-CAAAFVX.
