Splunk username missing and unable to perform any search

Hi,
Why is that a particular user in my team is unable to see his name on the top in Splunk UI like anyother in my team.
He is also unable to perform searches or vary the time range and anything.
How could I spot the difference that he has with the others in the team.
Kindly help!!

if user's role is not having any issue, check if it is browser related issue. Trying logging in the user from other laptop/browser.

Clearing the browser history helped..
