Runtask after log loading

Hi all,

is it possibile with splunk to execute a custom script (runtask) after the loading of a log?

Hi fede

I think not ..... but if you just want to know if your log has been indexed by splunk you can check/search for

 `index=_internal TailingProcessor`

and see what events are listed for your file.
Or you use Amrit's did-i-miss-christmas script 🙂
