Not enough pct_cpu metrics in introspection

Please advise! We noticed that in our 7.0.2 on-prem Splunk install on CentOS, CPU load metrics are partially missing.

index=_introspection sourcetype=splunk_resource_usage component=PerProcess data.search_props.sid::* pct_cpu
102 events

760 events

And when we open "Median Resource Usage of Searches" monitoring console dashboard, we just cannot get good CPU load graphs to determine users and apps that consume most CPU. Memory graphs are OK.
