In a search head cluster, how to find what host sent email?

All,

I have production environment with Alarm email notification. Sometimes it works, sometime it does not. Since I have 3 search heads and all 3 can run Saved Searches, I don't know which one may fail to sendmail.

Does anybody knows how to find the server that ran the sendmail command?
