Splunk Search

How to proceed to get only the Status column in the request?

Hello,

I have the request which normally show 4 rows, I need to display only  one row with only the Status column.

index=traderestitution source="web_ping://*"
|stats count(eval(response_code="200")) as count_status
| eval Status=if(count_status!="4","NOK","OK")
Here the result of the request.  Does someone can help?
